Common Questions 

Q: Are the products listed here brand new and for which Airpods?
A: SmartCasify only sells quality products. All products listed here are in original condition. All items are suitable for Airpods 1/2 Gen as well as Airpods Pro.

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 3-5 working days to ship. All stock listed on our website is available, via the courier guy. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order in our warehouse. It can then take up to 5 days to reach you.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email or message when we ship out your order. In that email, there will be a tracking URL. 

Q: I received a tracking number from you guys, but it does not work, why is that? A: All our tracking numbers are subject to the courier's activation them - so kindly check again after a few hours to give the courier company a chance to refresh their system and update the shipping status.

Q: Are my credit card details safe?
A: Yes! We do understand that this can be a huge concern to the customers, especially if it is the customer's first time experiencing online shopping, but we can assure you that your credit card information is encrypted and protected with the best software available via Payfast and Yoco.
Q: What guarantee do I have that I will not be deceived?
A: Kindly see our shipping policy and return policy around the legitimacy of our store, we do not scam any customers for any matter. If there is an inquiry about the order you placed we will always make sure to contact you via email or telephone number.
